Return Policy

Returns:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be mailed back unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process any return we require: (1) proof of purchase, and (2) the physical product. Please mail your items for return toRadicaliTEES, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. ONLY product returns should be sent to the address above, please be advised that we cannot accept any other type of mail or correspondence to that address. See below for mailing instructions.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, generally within 2-5 business days. 

Exchanges:
Since each piece of gear is custom printed on-demand only after the order has been placed, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email to support@radicalitees.com and mail us your item back. Once your item has been received and inspected we will get a new one sent out to you ASAP.

Late or missing refunds:
If you've returned your item but have yet to receive a refund within seven (7) business days, follow these steps. First check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after ten (10) business days, please contact us at support@radicalitees.com. 

Sale items:
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

Shipping:
To return your product for a refund or exchange, you should mail your product to: RadicaliTEES, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
